I went out to dinner with my family last night. It's the first time we've gone out with the whole immediate family (My mom and dad, plus my sister and me) in while.

Now…for some reason or other, whenever we were out somewhere and the waiter/waitress started reading the dinner specials, we tend to crack up into laughter. I'm not sure why. Might have to do with some of the weird stuff that is mentioned. But it happens. Nobody's laughed at dinner specials for months.

Sure enough, I'm reading my menu trying to figure out what I want when out of the corner of my eye I see my dad trying to hold in laughter. Then my sister does it…now I'm trying not to laugh and my mom is trying to pretend she doesn't know any of us. The moment we all go out again is the moment it starts up again. Hmmm…

We're an odd bunch.
