Homework May Be Keeping Me Busy…

… but at least I have my very own Aperture Science Weighted Companion Cube to keep me company.
My friend (Wassy) made it for me. It's clay, with a frame and…uh, yeah. I'm not an artsy person, so I really can't get into all of the details of construction. It's very cool though.
For those of you who don't know what a companion cube is…stop what you're doing and go buy the Orange Box from Valve (www.steampowered.com) and PLAY PORTAL.

What video game is your personal Game of the Year?

Portal has got to be my favorite game of the year at this point. It's very short (about 3-5 hours to go through the main story) but what's there is the highest quality gaming experience I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Excellent puzzles, great gameplay mechanics, awesome story and voice acting, an engaging plot twist… Portal has it all.
And that's not even counting the end credits. Portal is included in the Orange Box for around $50, and I'd probably pay $50 just for portal alone. It's that good. If you haven't played it…GO! PLAY!
