The recipe I used was linked in the post: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Maple-Salmon/Detail.aspxApparently allrecipes.com is an awesome site for finding good stuff. Or so says my cooking friends.I went through a period last month where I pretty much had chicken. Lots and lots of chicken. Then I realized I had had chicken for something like 4 out of the 7 days of the week and I figured enough was enough.

I've been trying to vary my cooking too. We usually cook the same thing (chicken or steak, some noodles & veggies) as we've perfected not burning it - but I'm getting bored! Boredom leads to eating out and I don't want to do that either.Your salmon sounds good. I got burnt out on salmon while living with my parents because my Dad cooked that all the time. Want to send me that recipe?
