Show us something you've had for a really long time.

Anybody remember this thing? The Sega Game Gear, portable gaming which lasted about 6 hours if you were lucky on 6 AA batteries, incuding a wall-wart power adapter the size of a house which caused the lights to visibily dim as it sucked in enough power. The screen was so-so, but it was in color which was wayy cooler than the Game Boy's. Surprisingly, it still works.

I've had this thing for years. At least 1994, but probably since 1992. I used to take this on all of the vacations that we went on as a family and play The Majors Pro Baseball the whole way down. It wasn't a very good game…but it was a good timekiller. And it had voices! The umpire actually yelled Strike and Safe! Well…actually it came out something like "IKE!!" and "TAFE!" but…this was the early 90s here. We weren't very picky.

This was my only portable game console until I went out and purchased my Gameboy Advance SP and now I'm using my DS Lite, which is half the size, runs twice as long and has much, much better graphics.

Technology is wonderful, isn't it?
