QotD: Kitchen Impossible

What was your worst cooking experience?

This is pretty tame probably, compared to other people and I believe I've mentioned it before, but I've almost set a toasted cheese sandwich on fire.

I was making one, and then a friend IMed me, thereby distracting me. Next thing you know, I look over at the stove and there's a ton of smoke coming off of the sandwich.

The bottom was a bit charred…
