Fun with Analogies

I don’t usually post links to other things on here, but this was too good to pass up. There’s a post over at the Writing English blog that has 25 funny analogies up there. I find the imagery particularly interesting in this one:

McBride fell 12 stories, hitting the pavement like a Hefty bag filled with vegetable soup.
